We are based in Białystok — in the heart of Podlasie, regarded as the most ecologically pristine corner of Poland. Just beyond lie the Białowieża and Knyszyn Forests, the last primeval woodlands of Europe.
Vast meadows, endless forests, national parks and the absence of heavy industry give Podlasie meat its exceptional quality and deep, natural flavour. We draw from this source every single day.
